Ready-to-wear
Ready-to-wear pieces can be exchanged for a different size within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed and in original condition with all packaging intact.
Custom orders
Because custom apparel is made specifically for you, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged for a change of mind. If there is a production fault or sizing error on our part, we will repair or remake the piece at no cost.
How to request a return or exchange
- Email support@knotnomad.com with your order reference and clear photos.
- Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
- Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of approval.
Shipping costs
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the issue is due to a fault on our end.
